1- The parents are required to pay the full amount of the prescribed fees before the commencement of the academic year ie before 1 ^st April. At the parent’s request, the Management may accept the payment of fees in two installments at the beginning of each term ie before 1 ^st April and 1 ^st October.
2- The management reserves the right to revise the fee structure as and when it is warranted under intimation to the parents.
3- No remission of fee is allowed on account of long absence.
4- If the fee is not paid with in the due date, a suitable amount of fine per day will be levied. The school will not send any reminder in this regard.
5- If the fee and late fee is not paid to the school within 30 days, the admission will be cancelled. However, readmission may be considered on the Principal’s discretion on justifiable ground.
6- Fee once paid is neither refundable nor re adjustable.
